HIGHER EDUCATION EXPERIENCE LIST:

UNC Chapel Hill Triple Zero Environmental Initiative, Chapel Hill, NC - Led Chancellor-driven sustainability commitment for Zero GHGs, Zero Water and Zero Waste to Landfill through comprehensive data and campus community framework.

Univ. of Pittsburgh Sustainability Plan, Pittsburgh, PA- Led the University’s first comprehensive Sustainability Plan tying sustainability goals and investment pathway for the University directly to the Chancellor’s Strategic Plan.

Case Western University Reserve (CWRU) Energy Strategy, Cleveland, OH - Led University-wide energy strategy and tool-kit development focusing on existing buildings, infrastructure and innovation.  Built making-the-case arguments for investment to Board of Trustees for short-, medium- and long-term investment.

Case Western University Reserve (CWRU) Climate Action Plan, Cleveland, OH - Led CWRU’s pan-campus Climate Action Plan building out actionable pathway to neutrality focused on Scope 1 and 2 emissions.

CSU Chico Comprehensive Plan, Chico, CA - Layered in sustainability, resiliency and climate-action aspects into a comprehensive masterplan at a rapidly evolving campus community at the foot of the tragic fires in Paradise, CA.

University of Richmond Sustainability and Climate Action Plans, Richmond, VA - Led triple-bottom line President-driven Sustainability Strategy and Climate Action plans for University working with larger steering and working groups in the campus community. 

Univ. of California, Riverside LRDP, Riverside, CA - Led two working groups (Infrastructure and Sustainability) as core member of comprehensive long-range planning effort.

Case Western University Reserve (CWRU) Masterplan, Cleveland, OH - Integrated energy, carbon and sustainability approaches into planning process and action plans as core team member of Sasaki-led comprehensive masterplanning effort.

Virginia Tech Innovation Campus Academic Bldg 1, Potomac Yards, VA - Led systems strategy for campus centralization approaches for energy for zero-carbon, fully electrified new innovation campus in Northern Virginia.

UNC Chapel Hill Strategic Sustainability Plan, Chapel Hill, NC - Led Chancellor-driven pan-campus strategic sustainability plan establishing key goals and objectives for University and connecting to Strategic Plan for the University.

UNC Chapel Hill Comp. Plan, Chapel Hill, NC - Integrated energy, carbon and sustainability approaches into planning process and action plans as core team member of ASG-led comprehensive masterplanning effort.

Univ. of Pittsburgh Masterplan, Pittsburgh, PA - Supported ASG-led comprehensive team with sustainability overlays connected to City-goals and University Sustainability Plan.

Dartmouth West End Masterplan, Hanover, New Hampshire - Established sustainable infrastructure solutions for key infill development.

Phillips Academy Masterplan, Andover, MA - Although not higher ed, relevant in size and scale; led sustainability infrastructure solutions and metric-based framework development integrated into BBB-led comprehensive masterplan.

University of the Sciences in Philadelphia Masterplan, Philadelphia, PA - Integrated energy, carbon and sustainability approaches into planning process and action plans as core team member of Sasaki-led comprehensive masterplanning effort.

Augustana University Masterplan, Sioux Falls, SD - Integrated energy, carbon and sustainability approaches into planning process and action plans as core team member of comprehensive masterplanning effort.

The New School Sustainability Plan, New York, NY - Led University’s first triple bottom line Sustainability Framework connecting operations, facilities and academics into one integrated framework.

New School Climate Action Plan, New York, NY - Led University’s first Climate Action Plan building on new growth from University Center building and connecting to full built-assets of the New York-based University.

New School University Center, New York, NY - Led Sustainability, Energy Strategy and Climate Action approaches for new LEED Gold project with progressive Active Design guidelines and systems strategy.

Rice University Masterplan, Houston, TX- Integrated sustainable energy approaches into planning process and action plans as core team member of KieranTimberlake-led comprehensive masterplanning effort.  Layered performance metrics into bespoke data and visualization engine and planning tool for Rice.

Boston University Medical Campus 10-Yr Plan, Boston, MA - Established performance framework and system solutions for campus, exploring investment pathways to mitigate climate risks to existing campus.

Boston University Campus Framework Plan, Boston, MA - Layered energy and carbon scenario planning into space-use and programming plan.
